Kyra brings curiosity, empathy, and human insight to enhancing clients’ strategies and designing patient experiences. She looks to challenge current assumptions and find fresh perspectives. Her experience across Sales, Human Resources, and Product Management enable her to bring diverse perspectives that help align customer strategies with organizational development and business outcomes.

Experience and achievements

  • Has worked in healthcare, technology and plumbing wholesale, specializing in customer relations, program creation and management, and user research 

  • A collaborative, creative, and dynamic team player 

  • Holds a BA in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherstand and an MBA from Boston University with a concentration in strategy  

  • Has a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly in Boston 

  • Volunteers weekly at the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) to support patients, survivors, and loved ones affected by eating disorders 

  • Member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association
