Susanna Fránek

Qualitative Research & Ethnography

As a cultural mediator, I’m passionate about facilitating emergent narratives on race, gender relations, immigration, and patient rights to ensure that voices traditionally silenced get heard, valued, and welcomed.

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) cultural anthropologist, Susanna brings extensive experience in conducting ethnography and applying cultural analysis to qualitative research. She values the synergy between qualitative methods, applied anthropology and semiotics in redefining organizations’ relationships with their audiences. Her intuitive and collaborative style with research participants furthers discovery and understanding of how to meet our clients’ needs and inform their strategic communications.
